ADT Security South Africa has been asked in writing by our company on numerous occasions to stop a debit order which does not belong to our company. It has gone on for about a year now maybe more... I will on principle NEVER approach ADT Security South Africa because of the terrible way they have handled this. Completely unimpressed with ADT Security. Carrie-Ann Goosen has been one of our contacts and she has resolved NOTHING for us. We keep following up with Carrie-Ann Goosen and nothing gets done. We immediately require a full refund from ADT Security South Africa pending which we will seek recourse from our attorneys. Extremely poor service.
