I have been trying to get information on how I go about canceling my contract but there was no response. After posting on the website I get an email telling me the request must be in writing which I duly submitted.
The response was that my Black Tag membership is in arrears which must be settled first. I don't understand how this can be when they insisted it be paid via debit order and this is the first time I have been told about this.
The attitude of this gym is one reason why I am leaving after having the sales consultants when I signed up and then get defensive when I caught them.
Haven't been there since last year and have been paying for nothing as they can't seem to find my last cancellation request.
