July 2013 I paid one years radio fee, September 2013 they deducted radio fee again for the next year. Why must I pay a full years radio fee for two months. I was put through to the accounts department to ask this question I was informed no prorate fees, no matter if you joined a month before the next payment for radio fees are paid you will pay one years fee. I ask the credit controller Nolene who was so rude thinking the company belongs to her - to speak to her manager. She informed me to phone her manager Salomie for assistance. I phoned but seems like no customer call are important. Then I spoke to Candice who was very helpful at the time, even phoned me back and informing me this complaint is with the manager. This is now weeks and still no manager phoned me back and give me a reason why I had to pay this radio fee if I have already paid one years fee.
