POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

On the 12 July 2013, I called ADT call centre to confirm the outstanding balance on my cancelled account/contract. On the same day a bank deposit was made and proof of payment was faxed to the number as provided - 0800 1212 305. After numerous attempts - 19/8/2013, 30/9/2013, 21/10/2013 this query has still not been resolved. The consultants I dealt with was not helpful enough and made empty promises of call-backs. Also, what about the costs on my telephone account that I have to carry, because after been through all the voice prompts you have to follow, a very long hold-on continue in order to speak to a consultant for assistance with no satisfactory results.
