Am so not happy with the call centre you are using, Yes it has its advantages for self help but what happens if we want to speak to a consult?
My Decoder was disconnected due to late payment, 1stly you cancelleed my debit order without any notifications of why and when it was cancelled, 2ndly i called the call centre 012 422 2222 on the 6th Nov 2013 and followed the voice prompts, i got my balance R640.84 and paid it immediately via Internet and emailed the proof of payment to [Email Removed], it was said that it will be reconnected after 1hr its now more than 24hrs and am still disconnected.
I need to speak to a consulted because this voice things doesnt work for me, I have been calling every hour since the payment it still says I owe the specified balance!
