I need to comment on the poor service I received from ADT 10th September 2013. What has happened a person at my work got held up at her home and I thought about my families protection. What I did was I got back from work around 4:00pm and decided to activate my silent alarm and see how long it takes ADT to get to my house? ADT did call within minutes but I ignored the call on purpose so someone can come out. Since I had the unit put in the alarm has gone off but my neighbour told me nobody came as well that there was no slip from ADT to say that they were there. But anyway long story short 26min thast how long it took the guard to rock up, I was so irate and all I got was "eish sorry" and "eish traffic" I don't want to go on about the point besides me thinking everyday since then what happens to a person in 26 minutes. Everyday you see on the news children been and women being killed. I have put ADT in my house to prevent this from happening to my family, but what happened to see the response guard arrive so late, gives me no faith in ADT. Its unfortunate that there is a contact in place because I would of cancelled because of this
