We were robbed on the 3rd of October. The insurance asked for an activation report. I still have not received this. ADT sent a statement that was totally incorrect. All attempts to communicate with ADT have failed. They have not responded to my emails. ADT's incompetent staff hide behind there call centre so I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to escalate my call. I have not been able to speak to a supervisor. The have taken my telephone number and said they will call back. They have not contacted me. I will be cancelling my ADT to support a smaller company that understands what the word "service" means.
