How MWEB Impressed me!

I signed up on your website on Monday and received the following INCOMPLETE SMS today at 16h47:
"Good day - Please be advised that your order has failed due. For further assistance please call our Sales Department on 0877005000, option 1 and option 3, Thank you, Mweb"
I contacted your 087 Call centre and spoke to Micheal, after being put on hold for quite some time he came back to me with the following response: " There has been another order raised against your Telkom line"
I questioned him on what this means and he could not explain it to me, then being put on hold again... having to speak to his supervisor he came back to me with the same response, then I had to argue with him for
Aprox 5 minutes to speak to his supervisor which he did not want to do, as I did not understand what this means and WANTED A PROPPER EXPLANATION. I strongly urge you to listen to this voice recording and address
your staff accordingly! Then he dropped the phone on me and did not return my call, how low!
