Our home alarm went off at 13:52 today (according to Securitas). What did they do? Nothing!!!
When I got home 2, 5 hours later to find my alarm going off I called the call centre. They had not phoned us to tell us of the alarm activation because (quote) " they were busy! " Really?
I was told they sent a vehicle to my house, however there was no slip left and absolutely no proof of any response. Also, there is only one window visable from the road. How do they ascertain that all is well on my property?
Aldo, were they too busy that in 2, 5 hours they could not find a moment to call us?
I was told a supervisor would call us ASAP to explain. That was half an hour ago.
Please could you explain what exactly I am paying for?
