Since when does a service provider send a sms, month after month notifying the customer they will be deducting funds from you account (annual fees when only being a customer for 3 months) none of which was mentioned, try getting though to a USE LESS call center to QUERY about the notifications received, So I - the customers have to battle getting hold of somebody to explain why this so called special is now actually costing me more and more with hidden cost being automatically deducted from customers accounts
