BWS security, owned by mr Frik Benecke was sold to City Protection without our (clients) knowledge. The very first time I heard about this so called City Protection, was when my alarm went off and I received a phone call in asking if all is okay. Without asking for a password and informed me that we are now part of this company. I phoned numerous times to find out what and who this new security company to me, is. With no luck, phoned really every week, until eventually a problem occured on my signal being activated and deactivated in the very early hours. I asked for assistence and the call centre would report the matter to the technical departement. I followed up through google to search for the company details and phone number. As me and my children need the security, it is my absolute priority to get this problem sorted. The technical manager would mention the situation the same morning during the meeting and let me know. I heard nothing. I once again phoned the company. Eventually after weeks of phoning and fighting a lady came to see me, would follow up all my complaints and frustrations. Another week passed, phoned her again, got promises, no luck. This is just not on anymore
