Is their any mangers at this company?

I have been with ADT for 15 years. In Aug 2012, I moved and had to change my address.

After spending weeks trying to sort this out, I finally got billed per debit order on my correct account. ADT however did not bill the full amount in December 2012 from, but successfully billed me every month. I highlighted this to them numerous times, each time got assured that they will fully collect the outstanding amount the at the next bill run. Needless to say, the email address printed on the statement does not exist and the call centre number get answered once every now and then.By June 2013 I gave up, and after receiving more and more threatening letters from them, I paid the outstanding amount on the 5t June 2013, 10:06 PM via EFT.

On 6Sep my wifed received an SMS from a debt collector that informed her ADT had handed us over for debt collection for the above amount. I was told that if we do not pay, we will be credit listed. So, I paid the amount again on 6Sep 14:27 plus an early contract cancellation penalty.

Finally getting through to the "Head of credit", I was assured that they will visit me the next Monday to sort things out. Never heard from ADT again.
