I have upgraded to another vehicle and after I requested Mix Telematics to transfer the contract onto the new vehicle. Afterwards I started being double debited and I requested an explanation and I was informed that I have signed for a new contract and will have to pay both tracker units until their contracts lapses.
I do not have two cars, the previous vehicle was traded in at the same branch the tracker company fitted a new unit into the new vehicle I am driving.
I refused to pay by reversing the debits to get their attention. After a long battle it stopped. To my surprise July 2013 it started again. I requested an explanation and was bluffed aside.by being informed by their consultant that I was being debited for the following month as well. I reversed the payment. Month of August it happened again. I was informed by their consultant that I was being debited for the following month as well. I did not reverse it. The month of September it happened again and I didn't reverse it.
I need to cancel it completely.
