In May 2007 i had a tracking device fitted in my vehicle by tracker. i had 6yrs uninterrupted service until i decided to sell my vehicle. i phoned tracker (0112436702) to terminate my services. a month later a debit order pulled through from my account. i went to the bank to reverse it and once again i called tracker to cancel my policy. finally received cancellation letter on the 21st June. two weeks letter another debit order pulls through my account.
once again i reverse this amount. when i called again i was informed by a tracker agent that a premium will go through because they've submitted the request. even though this has been going on two months after i cancelled my policy. to this day 15th August tracker still debits money from my account even though i've cancelled my policy in April when i sold my vehicle.
i deeply unhappy with their service that i've even opted not to utilise tracker services on my current vehicle:-(
this is not a way to treat a customer after 6yrs of loyal service...
