Once again, Thank you Hellopeter for the excellent work you do. This is now the third time I am writing a report about ADT Security. As I mentioned twice before, they responded within two days of Hellopeter contacting them. Their management team did contact me and I told them its no good talking over the phone as in the past has solved nothing, I needed them to see me in person urgently. This time same as the last I received a statement 04/09/2013 saying balance due R 1 089, 47.

OVER 90 DAYS O/DUE R 285, 00
As I mentioned in my last report they deducted R 200, 64 which now two months later still does not reflect.
Since I had a problem with ADT regarding excessive false alarms which I was charged for, I had no choice but to cancel the contract. Now excessive billing. Again I am pleading to ADT please, please send someone to come and see me. I fear one these days I will be handed over for bad debt and be black listed. The ironic thing about this whole affair is that now I don't have radio contact anymore the false alarms have stopped.
Please please ADT send someone to see me.
