I bought a new car with an existing Netstar device. My previous car had a Tracker device and 5 months remaining on the contract. I agreed to pay R326.00 to get out of the Tracker contract and asked Judy to send me an email so that I have a record from Tracker about the amount, their banking details and so that I can pay them the R326.00. The promise was made last week. I have received no email and despite an email to an enquiries address that I found on the website I have enjoyed only silence. I suspect Tracker is going to take a next installment...
