IGNORING A CUSTOMER

On 18 June 2013, I sent an e-mail to IMC informing them that I'm cancelling my contract with them.

On 31 July 2013, a payment of R 909, 00 went through my bank account into IMC's account.

I requested from them to give me a break-down to see how they get to that exact amount.

They just bluntly ignored me until today.
