Incompetent staff that do not listen

I am very very disappointed with dstv and the level of service we receive. I have phoned in on 3 July informing the consultant that the wrong amount went off my bank account. She said she will request them to refund my money that is R606 to my bank account.

After waiting until the 14 - 15 of July then I phoned in again about my refund. The lady said she do not know why it was not processed. She instructed the people to do the refund again. I still argued with her that I want confirmation by e-mail as she cannot give me proof it will be done.

On the 15th of July I received an e-mail from dstv wanting me to give them a rating on their service... well I rated the service. Now the date is the 22nd and my money is still not in my account. From my personal experience in the past and even now DSTV YOUR SERVICE!!!

Yesterday I phoned in talked to a floor Manager that promised me she will make sure I get refunded. She said she will pay a cheque in to my account. I told her No you debit my account so you can credit my account. Guess what they want and paid in a cheque. DSTV I will be cancelling my subscription still this tonight.
