Settlement of account

I request bank details from MFC to settle the outstanding amount on my Ford Fiesta on the 23rd of May.. Several accounts were e-mailed. I had R30 000 transferred directly from Standard bank to MFC Nedbank account. Proof of payment were send by the bank. 23 June 2013 I bought a Pajero and wanted to settle the final outstanding amount on the Fiesta before the first payment of the Pajero had to be paid. I requested the final outstanding amount on the 9th of July and is since then, suffering to get a response from MFC. Seems like the R30 000 has disappeared. Proof of payment was send on 2 occasions and still no reaction.
