What are we paying you for?!

I am sick, tired, fed up, angry and appalled by your attempt at providing the service of security to my area (upper claremont, southern suburbs, cape town). Our alarm system is through you and we also pay extra for the bicycle patrol in the area. Your "guard" hut is literally around the corner from our house. Our area has recently gone through a spate of burglaries conducted in broad daylight while your security personnel are allegedly "patrolling" the the streets on bicycles by the same gang (the crowbar gang) that everyone now knows about! Today our house was the most recent target. How is it that this happens? If your guys are in on it, screen them better! If this was the first time this had happened it might be excusable but this is a recurring problem. Any 2 year old with nun-chucks could provide better security than what we are paying a lot to not get from you. You. Eitan Berge
