Absolute lack of care for customers

It's been almost a month now and I am waiting for my refund from adt. I have been passed from pillar to post and no one can tell if and when I am going to get my refund. I have written emails to adt for a month and not a single one of them have been answered. I have spent the whole morning.today on the phone trying to speak to someone who can help me and no one has given any confirmation of when I will get my money. I spent 80 percent of the hour waiting to be put through to someone... and no manager or supervisor cared to listen to my complaint.
