Since Friday I have been trying to get service from your Durban branch.
I am now taking my complaint to Hello peter, service like this is absolutely shocking!
I moved into my new home 2 months ago. Upon moving in I called ADT and requested for a sales person to come and assist with a quote. I was assigned a Miss Song, who never arrived on the set date, I had especially set time aside for this meeting.
The previous owners had a ADT system installed. I have tried on 4 diffrent occasions for a sales person to attend to my request to be reconnected to the ADT system. ( Ms Song on 2 occasions once via your call centre and once through my neighbourhood watch- Ashley Residents Network).
AFTER MY HOUSE WAS BROKEN INTO ON FRIDAY, and being told by one of your guards that reported to the scene and was informed that he would get someone to contact me. I finally called myself and arranged fro someone to meet me yesterday 10/10/2013 .But only after dialing and having the calls cut after 5 calls to the call centre. I have now been sent a quote via email that tell me noting but the price < i do not know whats included or anything else SHOCKING SERVICE
