Phone call after phone call... its been over a month with no refund given on a debit order that was told to me would be credited. from one person to the next... each person looks at my profile and says they will get someone to sort it out, yet no-one will just sort the refund out... no one ever calls back. on friday I spent half an hour try to speak to a manager or anyone in authority. do you think he will call me back... no of course not.. yet a polite gentleman Gus said Zandele in customer care will definitely call me 4 days later nothing.
