No service yet debits my account

Hi

i have had a contract with sbv to collect my cash..when the cash goes to the bank... sbv dont follow bank protocall... so my cash lays for up to a week (and 20 phone calls) before anything can be done

i cancelled my contract due to non delivery of service
they have not provided me with a service for 6 weeks, yet they debit my account
the guy i delt with, keeps on promising me but never ever does anything
