One week later still no refund

After numerous phone calls, emails and a hellopeter complaint, I have still (10 sep) not received any refund. Despite being phoned within 24 hours after the complaint on hellopeter, more than a week passed the refund has not been done.. I fail to comprehend why it would take so long to give my money back.. Would not recommend adt to anybody.
