Received a call 23 August 2013 by Kagiso informing me my Matrix was not working and it will have to be replaced.
I agreed as to me it is very important to have it working.
An appointment was scheduled for 29 August 2013 at 2pm at Hyper auto Moreleta park. lead 553149
Reference telephone number on the sms for this lead was 0824932350.
On 29 Aug I called the helpline requesting the fitment centres adress as the number provided was not a fitment centre and they had no knowlage of an appointment for me.
I called 011 654 8090 again and Kagiso called me back explaining that he made a wrong appointment with some mobile cent something but he scheduled a new appointment for 4 September 2013 at 2pm and they will fit my device at my home. I confirmed my address to make sure you had the correct address for the fitment centre.
On 29 August 2013 I then Received an sms lead 553149 for 4 September 2013 at 2pm.
4 September came and went no fitment centre came out and Kagiso's reply was that he can not help if the fitment centre is unreliable.
WHAT WARRY ME IS THEY KNOW MY MATRIX DOES NOT WORK, THEY GOT MY HOME ADRESS AND REGISTRATION OF CAR. IS THIS THE NEW WAY FOR CARS???
