I bought a new vehicle and is required, by my insurer, to fit a tracking unit. On the insurances recommendation I phone to make a fitment appointment. Good service, thank you Vanasha. But then my nightmare starts, first I was promises someone will contact me to set a fitment appointment, this never happened, then I phoned and after spending 20 min on the phone appointment was set for Friday 11am. Well 11 came and gone by no show, after 12:30 I then phoned, after explaining I was transferred to the EC fitment centre, again after 10min holding on, only response I received ' press # to save this message ' after the third time I rude voice just said 'call terminated'. If this is the kind of service just to get a unit installed then I do not want to experience the recovery in case of my vehicle being. Sorry Tracker, you service dropped since my first fitment in 2004.
