The only way you get an answer from ADT is to complain on Hello Peter. What are your staff doing at ADT all day since they obviously don't work? I am so tired of the shocking admin service and after sales service by ADT.
I was charged a new radio licence fee. No-one can answer my question or tell me why I was charged for a new radio licence? A very simple question and no-one can even bother to respond to your questions. Disgusting! They don't even read your email. I asked why I was charged a new radio licence and I was forwarded the invoice as an explanation? I didn't ask for the Invoice? I asked why I was charged this. Then I didn't get any response to my emails that I sent asking the question over and over again.
If I had to neglect my clients the way ADT neglects its clients, I would be out of business a long time ago.
