We are struggling with our car radio sins last year November to be fixed at the Pietersburg (Polokwane) branch. I already phone head office and communicate with emails. The excuse is that they waiting for a machine to fix the radio. They received the machine but with no data on it so they were waiting again for the machine's data. They also said the new radio that they order was not in the batch, now my question is why didn't they follow it up and order a new one again. The last time that I spoke to them via email to here what is going on Pieter said that we must give him two days now it is already a week that has passed and I still didn't here anything. I am done phoning, done emailing because if I don't phone or email I won't be able to know what is happening. My car needs to be service one of these days but at this moment I don't feel to take my car to them if this is the service that I get how can I trust them. Please can you help us thank you
