My Original complaint :
"I cancelled tour contract with Adt on the 10/10/2013. I was still billed for an additional month aswell as charged
with the yearly radio licence fee which i explicitly said should not be done as i am moving to another security company. I contacted ADT Head Office 02/11/2013 to complain and to request a refund. They told me it will be done within 7 working days, it was not done. I cancelled because of shocking service, late respolnse or no reponse at all when alarms were triggered. Absolutely shocking service "
Still hasnt been resolved, still waiting for feedback, still waiting for the refund. The only time i got any response from ADT is when i lodged the Hello Peter Complaint.
