I requested a quotation from ADT through their sale representative in Cape Town, I then accepted the quotation and arranged for installation. Allegedly a technician went to my place of residence on the 15 July around about 10:00am without making arrangements with me. Unfortunately I was at work and ask that weekend installation be arranged upon which I was informed that the company does not do that unless I will be responsible for the costs as the technicians do not work weekends. I then indicated that I do not want to proceed with the quote if that the policy of ADT. I was then contacted by a consultant (Aziza) who indicated that my sales representative made arrangements that an exception be made to do the installation on the 31 August 2013 which is the last weekend in August as my request was eventually granted to install weekends.

On the 08/08/2013 I received an invoice from ADT, billing for August services, No installation of the system has been done at my premises to my dismay, on the 15 August 2013 my Bank account was debited by ADT an amount of R 466.78 . I need a cancellation letter from ADT ASAP, to asure me no money will be taken from my account.
