DEDUCTING MONEY AFTER ANNUITY WAS REDUCED

I am shocked by how bad Liberty's admin is.

Last year February we went through a process to change beneficiaries as well as contact details on both my and my husbands policies. It was a disaster. I started receiving my husbands policy docs and he received mine. We also had to change beneficiaries twice!

We also reduced my husbands annuity contribution as his company was contributing towards a pensionfund, today however, a year later we noticed they are still deducting the original amount. We have a confirmation from Liberty of the reduction effective 29 Feb 2012 but when I phoned now they have nothing on their system? I am extremely worried that this company is handeling our finances!!

We have already requested to surrender our savings plan and I will be reducing my annuity to the minimum as well.

Please ensure that the overdeduction of the annuity for more than a year including interest is refunded asap or we will be referring this to the Ombudsman for Long Term Insurance (the contact details were included on the confirmation letter we received from you as well)
