Good Day, My account with you is paid up in full, i have donme my dcredit report and it says i still you owe you money, my contract with you is over i have not signed you on or have a working alalrm so why do i still owe you money. Please update my credit report as this a account is closed and paid in full, If no contact or crdit report is updated i will be seeking legal advise over this matter as i am unable to carry on my life due to you not updateing your records.
