I have just done my credit report and i see i have a default with you, THis payment was made in November 2012 already, i contacted you when i saw you were trying to get hold of me on my last update on my crdit history and paid it in full and now i see you placed me on default. Please update your recoreds as this is not correct. I have tried to contact the officed the number is listedon and the number kkeps on saying leave a message and i do and no one gets back to me. You say you have written the debt off how can that be when i have paid this account in full please update that too.
