I have been a loyal client of Netstar for many years and have both my vehicles fitted with their devices. I recently purchased a new vehicle and called the call centre to check if I could have the device move from the old vehicle to the new vehicle. I was told no, my only options is to cancel and pay the balance of the contract - about R1900. ( Even though I didn't even want to cancel the contract). I was told my other option was to pay a removable fee to have if moved. However, they were not able to confirm the amount. So I'm left in a situation of total dismay. No assistance was offered at all. This is appalling servicing.
