Exceptionally Poor Service!!

With my previous vehicle, i had 2 phone Matrix 2 let them know my vehicle was (despite having an MX3 unit). This time, i keep getting a geolock sms approximately 3 times a day. When i phoned in (28th), i was pushed from pillar 2 post, 2 eventually be told that the remote unit is defective & a new pre-programmed 1 would be posted to my mailbox (ref nr 1435318). Thereafter i received a confirmation sms that i have a booking for a repair (nr 144365). I was then contacted by a different consultant, who wanted to know where i was situated so that they could send out a technician, or else i would have 2 go 2 a fitment centre (after i was told i would not have to). This consultant said his colleague "must be on her own planet", as it is not possible to pre-program a remote unit. (At this stage i also became overly agitated). I was then phoned with reference number 1435442 (which was repeated), & when i phoned & quoted the number, they wanted 2 change my debit order details?!?!? - & then admitted they were in the wrong account. Another consultant phoned me today - also to arrange a booking for a fitment centre. I also noticed today that all sms'es have an incorrect car reg. nr.
