@ 08:45 24/01/2013 A vehicle from this company was parked in the disabled zone at the Douglasdale shopping centre. There were plenty of regular parking places available. The driver of the vehicle thought it was amusing when I took photo's of the vehicle and pointed out that he should not be parked there. I phoned the telephone number of the company and asked to speak to the manager. He was not available so I left a message for him to phone me. About an hour later I received a call from "JP". I explained my complaint to him and asked whether it was his company's policy to allow their drivers to park in the disabled zone. He told me that the driver was either responding to a call or dropping off personnel and would only have parked there for a short time. I informed him that the driver had simply sat in the vehicle and chatted to the guard on the pavement and that there was NEVER an excuse for parking in a disbled zone whether it be for 5 seconds, 5 minutes or 5 hours. I said I had nothing more to say to him and he could read my report on HelloPeter. After trying to argue further he then said " you and HelloPeter, I have your name and I have your number! ".
