Had a bad encounter with a Bus Driver on 13/10/2013. The attitude that this guy had blew us away! We filled fuel and parked in a parking that we thought was for vehicle with trailers because there were only vehicle with trailers parked there. We went into the loo and got a coffee on our way out only to notice that this bus almost knocked our trailer. Walking to the car i smiled and said that was close. He then jumped out and started verbally harrasing us on the spot. My wife and i were puzzled and shocked!! This guy just tells us "get out of this parking, its for us and you people think you on holiday but we are working here so jump in your car, dont think about saying anything and drive away nicely". My wife stopped me as i was going to confront this driver and baring in mind all the passengers are watching him doing this. We took photo's on the bus and the bus number. YCS737-GP and bus number 9206. This driver needs to be thought how to treat other people and behavioural skills is what he needs. What kind of people do greyhound employ as drivers??? I laid a complaint to Bianca (Customer Service) the same time and she apologized and said they wil get back 2 me...
