Over the weekend of the 30th November I received the worst service ever from ADT.
I was away for the weekend and at 14:20 Saturday afternoon my alarm went off and I was contacted. I asked the call centre to send out armed response and specificly requested them to check the back off my property as this is where the zone went off.
At 15:56 I had to call the call centre because I have received no feedback. I was told they only did a front check. I again asked them to check the back of the property.
At 16:23 I called again due to no feedback. I was told that they do not know what is going on with the armed response and will call me back.
At 16:46 I called again. Again I was told that they do not know where the armed response is.
I then called a family member to inspect the property.
Only at 17:19, exactly 3 hours later I received feedback from ADT regarding the alarm activation.
This is extremely poor. In three hours time my house could have been cleared out by robbers.
After logging a complaint at ADT on Monday 2 December, I received a ticket E4E519C527768, I have not yet even received feedback from them! I won't pay for service like this.
