Gate Doctor made plans to install and repair my gate motor 5 times and were either late or did not show up. I also constantly had to chase the technicians up rather than the office doing it. Once they had finished the job the charged an extra R350 for a call out fee. Originally a quote was given for R1270 and nothing was mentioned about this fee. All around it was a terrible experience and would suggest that anyone requiring gate repairs to avoid them unless you want your time and money wasted and patience tested.
