On the 10-01-2013 a truck delivering coke to a local shop in the rydalvale phoenix area smashed into my new sliding gate causing it to to fall and almost crashing into my vechicles. I don't know about the law but a vechicle of this size shouldn't be delivering to a residential area. I was given to owner of the trucks number and contacted him to sort repairs to gate. He sent his uncle and his breakdown manager to esses damage. They had no knowledge of how to repair the gate and said they will get someone to conduct repairs. The following day I had to response from ABI or the truck owner. I had to phone about 6 times each to demand assistance. Around midday the truck owner sent his break down manager to start the repair. I immediatletly stopped him doing this because I needed a gate specialist to fix my gate. I suggested I get a quote from a gate person and they could pick it up and make payment to gate company. The next day I got a quote from a gate company. I phoned the breakdown manager to pick it up but till today he has not picked it up or notified me on payment for repairs. ABI also hasn't followed up on my repair to gate.
