I am writing of a matter which I am confident the customers will be of interest to hear about the POOR services of Gate Repair Services Cc (registered as Automated Gate Repair Services Cc. CK No. 2006/174309/23) regarding Nice Hansa 500 gate motor which was personally recommended by Simon who is the owner. I gave them the contract which amounted to R26, 000.00 and the gate motor was part of the contract which was installed in September 2012.
January 2013 I had a problem with the gate motor, when you open the gate it stops half way and starts closing automatically. I reported the given problem to the office staff including Simon and I made numerous telephone calls regarding the problem which resulted in my being referred in succession to countless members of their staff who are so called 'technicians' including one technician from Hansa who do not seem to know what they are doing and can not resolve the problem. Up to know the problem is still on since January 2013.
I would not recommend them for any foreseeable business with any firm in the future unless you try them at your own risk.
