Just to let you know about an incident I had with ADT yesterday. I was in Knowles waiting to pay for my groceries when I got a call from ADT saying that my alarm has been activated. I asked him to send out a vehicle as there was no-one home, and I will meet them there. When I got home there was NO ADT vehicle, So I called them to find out what was going on, I was told they were still waiting for feedback. I waited and when the armed response eventually arrived I asked them about their response time, They showed me that they only got the call AFTER I called to ask what was going on. This is not the first time that ADT has not responded to my alarm.
