Chub's system failed, but they charged me

After installation the alarm kept on going off. after numerous complaints the problem was still not sorted out. Almost every morning for 5 months the alarm would go off remotely and Chubb's control room would call me. I informed them time after time that my daughter was living in the house and they must call her number, which they had on record. Eventually in October 2013 they deducted money from my account without my consent for excessive call outs/responses. I then threatened for the second time to hold them in breach and threatened to have the system removed. They apologised profusely and promised to refund the over-billing and to persuade me from holding them in breach, they undertook to refund me 3 months subscription. I have spoken to at least 3 different people at their call centre over the past 4 months and every time promises were made without success. If I cannot trust the people I contracted with my child and daughter's security in their home then they are most certainly in breach. And if they can, without my permission my money from my bank account then I can also not trust them. They are indeed in breach of the trust relationship.
