ADT charges exorbitant fees and provide zero service. When attempting to cancel due to lack of service delivery, they insist on holding you to a two year contract period. This company needs a wakeup in terms of understanding the Consumer Protection Act. The most frustrating experience of my life was attempting to cancel my ADT armed response (non) service.
Example: My alarm went off at 17:55 yesterday, armed response arrived at 19:49. Never mind the 2 hour wait, I'm shocked that ADT even showed up. Oh yes, and this was after cancelling the false alarm TWICE.
