I installed an unit in one of my business vehicles during April 2013. Since inception I had tremendous problems which I constantly reported. Finally by the 11th of June 2013 they got it sorted out. They billed me during the entire period for a non-functional system, and only gave me R125.04 credit on my account.
I then requested them in July 2013 to remove the unit and re-installed it in one of our new vehicles. I am now experiencing the same pathetic after sales service of a non 100% functional system. For example, one can press the panic button, but no messaging nor a call gets activated - and this had been reported more than once.
