Can someone at C-track Call Centre start reading their mails and phone a unhappy customer back. 2 units was installed end 2013 and we had problems from the start. My cars unit did not work and was replaced and when I press the panic I either do not get a response or after the unit was replaced they phone my husbands cell number. The signal is working but all the extras we pay for is not working at all. Call Centre does not phone us back and we have send so many mails via Sam already and still no response. The programming is still not right and its frustrating to pay for a product and we don't get any service back and no telephone call from anyone at Call Centre. BAD SERVICE!!!
