I have a tracker unit in my car that's never worked properly since I installed it 4 years ago. They've had to replace it 3x. When I looked at my travel log, it stated that my car - a 1, 6 - travelled at 233km/hr on Atterbury drive in peak trafic. i reported it twice before I got any response. When they finally inspectedthe unit, they found that the previous technician installed it up-side-down. That's really idiotic I think. They charged me for a new unit even though mine wasn't faulty and a call-out fee. I think their service is pathetic, and would advise anybody considering them, to reconsider.
