Tracker device not reporting & bad attittude

I had a new device installed on the 23Aug at the delearship, the dealer signed the certificate. On the 26, I check the trip lg online and I realise that the device on my car is not reporting, and it is still showing its location as at 23 Aug, where it was installed. I call Tracker to let them know and was told that this would be attended to as urgently, was told that the scheduling dept will contact me to come and fix this issue. today 27th, I still have not received any call from tracker, I phoned back and the consultant had the nerve to tell me that the dealer signed for the certificate which means devices was working. and he tells me that tracker has a 3day turn around time. currently Tracker can not tell me where my car is, and if they take 72hours to make a schedule - how long do they they to recover ones car. I find this very displeasing, I'm not confident in their service. the device could be faulty -yes that happens, but at least take this issue seriously and provide the service that one pays for.
