False Security

For many years I have been linked to CMS. I have been burlared, CMS came out to the house but did not check the property. On arriving home at 3:30pm, I discovered we had been burglared, I phoned CMS!!! to let them know. They and the police were not concerned. Management does not seem interested in fixing problems, accounts do not go out on a monthly basis-but they are quick to phone when you dont pay or pay short. On Womens Day 2013 at 10:00am, CMS's technical team arrived to fetch my radio. I had not received a phone call or letter letting me know this would happen.
